How do I pay for my item(s)?

Currently all of our transactions are handled through PayPal securely.

How will the charge show up on my statement?

Customer privacy is important to us, all orders will be billed as "DR Enterprises".

Will my information be secure?

None of your information is stored on our servers. All transactions are handled securely through PayPal. Please visit PayPal.com to view specific privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise share customer information under any circumstance.

How will the item I purchased be packaged?

All of our shipping is in plain brown boxes for delivery. Only the return address and shipping address will be on the label.

How much will it cost to have an item shipped in the US?

Items shipped in the US will be $5.95 for items that cost up to $49.95, items that are $49.96 or more will be shipped for free. You will also have an option for expedited shipping at a higher rate.

How much will it cost to have an item shipped outside of the US?

Items shipped outside of the US will be $18.95. You will also have an option for expedited shipping at a higher rate.

How long until my item will be shipped?

Most products will ship within 48 hours of the order being placed, if you are concerned because you have not recieved shipping confirmation then please contact us.

How long will it take for my item to get to me in the US?

There is a 24-48 hour processing and packaging period, after the 48 hours items shipped Standard in the US should take 1-2 weeks and items shipped Expedited in the US should take 2-3 days.

How long will it take for my item to get me outside of the US?

There is a 24-48 hour processing and packaging period, after the 48 hours items shipped Standard International should take 2-4 weeks and items shipped Expedited International should take 1-2 weeks.

Will I be able to return an item if I don't like it?

In order to protect the health of our customers we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. Health regulations prohibit the return of personal items due to the nature of our products.

What if there is something wrong with the item I recieved?

In the case of a manufacturer's defect we will gladly replace any unused defective product with the same product. In the event of a defect please email us. We will be happy to send you the return address.

You won't sell my information off will you?

Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell, trade, rent or share your personal infomration with anyone.  All transaction data is kept securily on PayPal servers employing the latest security features.

Will my package be shipped discreetly?

Only your address and the return address will be on the outside of the shipping container.  All packing slips will be put inside the container to ensure your privacy.
